Easter

When Jon and I were younger we loved Easter Egg hunts.  We would hunt for the ones that the bunny hid, empty them, and hide them again and again.  Well Zoe loves this too.  We went to a church easter egg hunt and then promptly went out and bought eggs for our house because she couldn't get enough.  Of course on the Sat. before Easter we couldn't find any empty eggs so I bought play-dough eggs.  I think we hid the eggs at least 12 times in our yard on Sat.

On Easter the "Easter Bunny" left a Thomas the Train set in Zoe's bed for her to find when she awoke.  She was ecstatic!  Our little girl is already a tom boy.  But she does like her "dancing dress" (also known as her flower girl dress from Liz and Dave's wedding) so we convinced her to wear that for Easter Service.

Then we went to Muscatine to spend time with all the Castle's at Great Grandma and Grandpa's house.  It was a great Easter and one for the memory books for sure.

I remember having to hide the eggs over and over and over again. You and Jon got such a charge out of it that the eggs stayed out for at least a month.
