CRAZY WEEKEND

This weekend was a long one.  I took Friday off of work because I wanted to go to my friend Sarah's Bachelorette party on Thursday night and I knew that in my current state there was no way that I would be able to make it through work the next day.  So I went to the party and had a blast with Sarah, her sisters, and other high school friends.  Although I do have to admit I am feeling old.  The music was loud and it was really late (I got home at 2)

The next day was spent running errands I have been neglecting since we have been out of town a lot lately.  But there was some fun too.  Zoe and I had lunch with her Papa and both of us took naps in the afternoon.  Then it was off to see high school friends again for a BBQ and sitting around the fire.

The following day was the wedding.  It was beautiful.  Wayne and Zoe did not go to the ceremony because we figured since she did not nap (we tried it just didn't happen) and since she is so energetic that it would be better if I would go to the ceremony and they could join me at the reception.  Zoe wasn't a fan of all the people (plus we forgot to take her rag, aka her security blanket) which resulted in me eating my wonderful dinner with her on my lap. But once the dancing started she was a whole different person.  She was a dancing machine.

All in all it was a wonderful weekend.  Just a lot going on between parties and playing catch up from the weekends we have been gone.  I think we were all ready for Monday and a normal schedule to come along.
