Zoe had a big weekend. Friday we baked Spider cookies to take to Grandma and Grandpa Castles.
Then Saturday (her Birthday) she woke up to a bed full of balloons. After opening presents and packing it was off to Muscatine. First we had a little gathering to introduce Henry to the family Then we celebrated October Birthdays. Grandma C even made a perfect cake. Zoe tried to take the cars off several times throughout the day to play with them.
On Sunday we took Zoe to bowl for the first time. She has been to the alley before but this is the first time her name was on the board and she got to wear bowling shoes. She did pretty good. She carried her ball (6 lbs) all by herself and ended up with a score of 16. Although there were several times that Papa had to rescue her ball because it didn't make it all the way down the lane.
