Besides seeing both sets of parents and siblings, we also cleaned a lot, I went on a much needed shopping trip for clothes that fit, and I actually got some sewing done.
Here are two quilt tops that I finished. The Blue one is a King size quilt for our Queen size bed. I made it larger so there is no chance of blanket hogging.
The other is from a quilt block exchange I did with my mom and her friends before we had kids. (which means over 3 years ago) I just had to put the blocks together.
Now I just need to quilt and bind them. The blue quilt will be quilted on my mom's long arm. The other will be done on my own machine. I will post them when they are officially finished.

Based on what I am seeing that is a very long king. Let me know the measurements so I can tell you if it really fits. Length is not the issue, but width max is 114 inches. Would be better at 110 so I have the best clamping possibilities. Both quilts are great!
