Last week the kids and I went to Minnesota to see the family. Wayne couldn't get out of work so I went on my own. They kids did pretty good on the drive but I did have to stop more often in order to get things like bottles, baby dolls, and other needed items off the floor.
The big reason for the trip was to see family. My Grandpa has been staying with my folks since May plus my Uncle and his family were there from Washington. The last time we saw them was in February of 2007.
Zoe thought my cousin was Cassy was pretty cool.
She did not think the slip and slide was cool. This is as far as she went.
Henry soaked up all the attention.

Here was one of my favorite events of the trip. Grandpa blowing bubbles for Zoe. She loved it. And I think he did too. I wonder if he knows I got this picture.
Here are the Grandkids and Great Grandkids with Grandpa. Well the girls (plus Henry) at least. There are 3 boy grandsons and they each have boys (A total of 4)
Can you tell I look a little worse for the wear? Zoe has hit the lovely stage called the "trying threes" and the time in Minnesota was trying for sure. And I just needed a very long nap when I got home.

Zoe just wanted to do everything her way. She is a sweet little girl with a mind of her own. Some day when she older, someone will ask her where she wants to eat and she will actually have a definite answer!
