Zoe's very first day of preschool.

Today miss Zoe started school. Here are her before school pictures. I made her lose the hat for the pictures.

Last night we went to the store and I let her pick out a new shirt for her first day of school. She has lots of new school clothes but they are all long sleeve. She picked out this shirt and saw they had Henry sizes too so they had to be twins.

I decided that since I am a working mom and will miss a lot of the day to day preschool stuff (Nana will have to drop her off and pick her up) that I would start a tradition with the kids. First day of school is Mama day. We went to breakfast, then I took her to school, dropped Henry off at Nana's, went to work, and then picked her up from school and took her to Nana's.

I don't know if all schools do this but there is a pick up and drop off area and the teachers come to get the kids from the car and bring them to you at the end of the day. Each parent (or babysitter) has a sign that they put up and they bring them out and buckle them in. Here is Zoe when I picked her up.
