Well the evening started out with Wayne and Zoe running to the store. While I was picking up a bit and prepping for dinner Henry had some apple slices.
Evidently the 2 I gave him were not enough.
Then the kids helped me make pancakes.
Our activity was a combination of several activities I found but most people did call it tie-dye. Although there was no tying involved. All the instructions I found said we could use coffee filters but those didn't really work. So we used old shirts.
The science behind this activity is to see how the color flows and separates.
Zoe liked playing with the water and dropper so she continued to play when the rest of us were done. I even gave her additional water and dye.
We ended the day with a bath and some books.
