Optimistic

Tomorrow we are having our first open house with our new realtor. So of course things have started to break. All plumbing issues.

First there is a drip where the water comes into the house. We tried to "fix" it. Well the fix didn't work but we are at least collecting and directing the water so it drains to the floor drain rather than causing a puddle. I guess I will be calling one of my plumbers on Monday morning

Then as Wayne was draining the sink after doing dishes he heard a odd sound but didn't know what it was. Then after he opened the cupboard to throw away some trash he discovered the what the odd sound was. The pipe popped off and all the water drained out. Good thing we keep our trash under the sink.

So why the title of optimistic? We both figure since everything seems to be going wrong that must mean we are going to sell. Right?!
