We had our appraisal inspection. With our house being 112 years old we figured there would be a lot of "problems". But the inspector only had one thing for us to do. We have to touch up some paint on the barn. Wayne painted the barn about two years ago but he couldn't reach the tippy top.
Guess where we had to paint.
I called one of my contractors for some help. I asked if he had a ladder that would reach. He said no but I have a lift.
