Today, after many trials and tribulations, we finished Zoe's room. The theme is day and night. two walls are painted with the day theme and the other two the night. We created storage areas, decorations, and some whimsy ribbon curtains.
The first picture shows the day side of her room. The curtains are all lady bug, red, and green ribbons. The tree has clothes pins as leaves so she can hang up pictures and art work. The bugs and sun are made of cork board.
Her book shelf has become organized toy storage.
The next picture is the night part of her room. We used blue, silver, and star ribbons for her curtains. Then her stuffed animals are in wall flower baskets. Not an original idea but I am glad that I found it cause it works great.
Since Zoe's book shelf became toy storage Wayne built one for under her bed. Her bed was just the right height to fit all of her books.
