This weekend we went to Muscatine for the JDRF walk and while were there Zoe got to be Farmer Zoe for the day. First we went with Grandma and Grandpa Castle to the nursery and bought plants for their house and ours. Zoe did not participate much in this because she found a sand box and played like a crazy lady. She was not happy when it was time to go. Then Zoe helped to plant Grandpa's plants and seeds.
Then on our way out of town we went to Uncle Rick's farm (Zoe calls him Uncle Farmer Rick but we may have made the recommendation) We got to see and hold baby chicks, lots of pigs, and two cows. Zoe was not sure at first but then once again she was unhappy when it was time to leave.

The photos of Zoe a sweet, but I love the pig. Sorry you did not get more of a farm experience as a child. =0)
